Why you chose Kent Hospital:  For residency, I sought a smaller community program with strong academic ties and supportive faculty who are keen to teach. Meeting the residents and faculty on interview day was a pleasure. Everyone ws kind, supportive and spoke highly of the quality of training at Kent. I knew I would thrive in such an environment and look forward beginning my training here.
