Driving Directions

From north of Warwick, RI: Take Interstate 95 South to Exit 10-B (Route 117 West). Go west onto Route 117 to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue and turn right onto Leon Whipple Road for 1/4 mile to the end of the road. Take a left onto Toll Gate Road. Kent Hospital will be on the right.

From south of Warwick, RI: Take Interstate 95 North to exit 10 (Route 117 East). Go east on Route 117 to the second traffic light and turn left onto Toll Gate Road. Kent Hosptial is up the road on the right. 

Parking: Free parking for visitors in indicated by signs in the parking areas. Once you enter the main entrance to the hospital campus, take at right at the STOP sign and follow the signs to the main parking lot, and enter through the main entrance.

Air

Most major airlines have connections to Rhode Island’s T. F. Green Airport in Warwick. The airport is approximately 10 minutes from the hospital on Route 95 North. You can also fly into Boston’s Logan Airport and travel the approximately 60 miles from there to the hospital.

Train

The Providence train station is located in the downtown area, about fifteen miles from the hospital.

Bus

Peter Pan/Bonanza and Greyhound bus lines stop in downtown Providence. Peter Pan/Bonanza also has a terminal on the Providence-Pawtucket line, at exit 25 off of I-95.

Public Transportation

Rhode Island Public Transit Association (RIPTA) offers bus service throughout the state. Kent Hospital is served bu RIPTA busses on the #29 Kent County Connector line. For all bus schedules including maps, see the RIPTA website.
