Internal Medicine Residency – Kent Hospital

Milloni Jasani, MD

Biography

Hometown: Mumbai, India

Medical School: Topiwala National Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital

Undergraduate School: NA

Why you chose Kent Hospital: I chose Kent Hospital/Brown University because it offered the perfect blend of a close-knit, and strong academic training. From my very first interactions with the program, I was struck by the genuine camaraderie among the residents and the enthusiasm of the faculty for teaching and mentorship. What stood out most was how receptive the program leadership was to resident feedback and how invested they seemed in creating the best possible learning environment. It was clear that Kent is committed not only to training excellent physicians but also to supporting each resident’s personal and professional growth. I knew it was a place where I would feel supported, challenged, and able to thrive throughout my residency.

What are your hobbies and interests: One of my favorite hobbies is experimenting with my morning coffee and chasing the perfect cup. Lately, I've been particularly hooked on my Moka pot and South Indian filter coffee, and I'm always trying new homemade syrups and recipes. I'm also an avid reader, usually either finishing five books in a month or taking five months to finish one, with very little in between.

I love bringing people together, whether it's hosting a cozy movie night, a book club
